SMC Global Securities seeks to raise up to Rs 15,000 lakh through NCD public issuance As on : 15-Sep-26  19:50

SMC Global Securities Limited announced that its Non-Convertible Debenture Committee approved the terms of a public issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,000 each, for an amount of up to Rs 7,500 lakh, with an option to retain oversubscription up to an additional Rs 7,500 lakh, potentially aggregating up to 15,00,000 NCDs for a total amount of up to Rs 15,000 lakh, to be listed on BSE Limited.
